The Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Program provides support, resources, and discussion topics to foster the growth and well-being of grandparents who are the primary caregivers to their grandchildren in Rio Arriba, Santa Fe, and Taos counties

This Meeting will take place on Thursday, July 25th from 4:30-6:30 PM at Swan Park located at 5300-7399 Jaguar Drive, Santa Fe 87507.
