Las Cumbres’ Adult Services programs provide residential, supported employment, and community integration supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to increase their level of independence and help to improve their quality of life. Persons in services are assisted in developing social relationships, participating in recreation and leisure-time activities, and developing natural support networks, as well as in accessing and utilizing community services and supports. Las Cumbres also coordinates transportation and medical appointments, and arranges for social and recreational opportunities. This wide range of integrated programs helps enhance each participant’s quality of life, increases their capacity for independent living and economic self-sufficiency, and helps them become more integrated members of their communities.
Programs include Customized Community Supports for Community Access and Day Rehabilitation, Customized In-Home Supports, Community Integrated Employment, Supported Living, and Mi Via Self-Directed Waiver support.
To qualify for free Adult Services with Las Cumbres clients should have New Mexico funding sources such as Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver or Mi Via. For more information about this funding click here
