A partial listing of additional collaborating agencies and organizations includes the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN), Santa Fe County CONNECT, New Mexico Department of Health Developmental Disabilities Support Division and the Department of Refugee Health, New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Rio Arriba Health and Human Services, Santa Fe Community Foundation, Taos County Social Services, Taos Community Foundation, NM Community Trust, La Familia Medical Center and clinics, El Centro Family Health, CHRISTUS St. Vincent Medical Center, the Eight Northern Pueblos, and seven individual school districts.
Las Cumbres also maintains close working relationships with health care clinics in Chama, El Rito, Abiquiu and Ojo Caliente. The agency participates actively in the Maternal and Child Health Council and the Violence Prevention Task Force, and assists in regional Child Finds in Northern New Mexico.
Moreover, Las Cumbres staff sit on a variety of boards, councils and committees to discuss gaps in services and seek collaborative solutions while advocating for broader system change.
