The GRG Team provides a wide range of supports for grandparents raising their grandchildren.
Family Support and Navigation Program
Family navigators provide a wide range of prevention, intervention and reunification services for families with children of all ages to strengthen and preserve families. Navigators work together with birth, foster, and adoptive families to ensure children are provided with a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. Our priority is to prevent the removal of children from their birth families.
Santuario del Corazón Project
The Santuario del Corazón team provides wraparound services for immigrant children and families who have experienced trauma.
Adult Respite Care Program
Qualified providers offer respite services to parents, family members, and guardians of adults ages 21+ who have developmental delays or disabilities.
Behavioral Health Program
Licensed therapists provide evidence-based trauma treatment services for children ages 6+ and their families.

The Las Cumbres Fatherhood Program focuses on helping men become engaged, committed, and responsible fathers.
