Family Infant Toddler Program & Early Intervention
Serves families who have concerns about the development of their young child ages birth to three years of age. The goal is to meet the developmental and health-related needs of infants or toddlers in the family. Confident Parenting Home Visiting
Serves families with children ages prenatal to three. Home visitors are skilled at working with families to build and strengthen relationships in which children can flourish. Staff promote healthy child development by helping parents and caregivers create an environment in which children learn to relate to others, regulate their emotions, communicate their needs, and think creatively. Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP)
Focus on preventing child abuse and neglect and strengthening and preserving families. Navigators provide intensive and comprehensive support services for families with children ages zero to six in order to improve social and emotional well-being and resilience. Community-Based Prevention, Intervention, & Reunification
Collection of services focused on child abuse prevention.
Prevention: Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP) services support families with children 0-5 years of age. Services are designed to promote safety and well-being in families facing high-risk factors and living in high-risk environments. www.lascumbres-nm.org/prevention
Intervention: Family Support Services (FSS) and Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) provide in-home comprehensive support to strengthen and preserve families who are currently experiencing problems in family functioning and multiple challenges related to safety. www.lascumbres-nm.org/intervention

Connects people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities with skills training and paid employment in regular, integrated work settings. Immigrant and Refugee Services
Santuario del Corazón
Bilingual/bicultural therapists support immigrant families in Northern New Mexico (Santa Fe, Bernalillo, Rio Arriba, Taos, and Los Alamos counties) via trauma-informed family navigation and mental health treatment services and providing connection to resources such as: transportation, access to housing, translation/interpretation, food assistance, legal assistance and childcare. Santa Fe Afghan Resettlement Project
Helps newly relocated Afghan children & families integrate their experiences as they settle into our community. Bilingual, trauma-informed, culturally aware therapists & community navigators provide mental health screenings, family prevention and early intervention services, as well as specialized individual. Family navigation services provide a connection to community resources such as food assistance, transportation, translation, educational, vocational and legal assistance.
